If you just set up your category or product descriptions, but it has an unappealing white background behind the text on the website or the text size is all messed up, this occurs because the text you copied has also copied over the properties of the page (such as, background color, text size, text color) instead of just the plain text. Luckily, our software makes this easy to fix!
To reset the text:
- Go to your category or inventory item description
- Select the affected text
- Click the "Clear Formatting" button
