Updating and Editing a Lead
When editing a lead, you will click on the Events tab at the top of the page and then click on Leads/Events.
Once on the Leads/Events page, you can either scroll through and find the customer that you are looking for, or use the filter on the left hand side by putting in the name of the customer or organization you are looking for. You can filter these in various ways. You would then select the lead associated to the customer and you can modify or update the lead here. Make sure you click the Save & Close button when you're done making the necessary changes, or these changes will not save. Here is an example of what it would look like to search using filters:
Note: You must clear the price or check recalculate if you want pricing to be re-done.
