We have an added button near the total amount of the in your lead/event to allow forcing a recalculation of values. What this means is if you have a pending quote and you've made changes to your pricing, distance charges, fees, deposits, etc, going back to that lead/event, you can update the pricing of those items.
For example, if a customer called in or made a quote online in July, but you increased the pricing on your inventory in August, you would use this recalculation button so the software recognizes these changes and makes them effective with the current prices for the proposed date and time of the event going forward. If you do not use the recalculation button, the initial quote in July remains.
