WordPress - Reviews Widget and Review Management Interface

WordPress Reviews

Through Settings -> Reviews, you will see all reviews that have been left. The ones that are inactive will not display on your website.

On your WordPress Dashboard, go to the InflatableOffice plugin -> Reviews (This is where your reviews will display from the software). If your reviews are not displaying here, please do a force sync to your WordPress site. Once the sync is complete, your reviews will now be in the website management interface. By default, WordPress is only displaying IO Reviews, but here is a step-by-step guide on how to get your Google Reviews to display:

  1. Go to the Google Review tab
  2. Type in your business name as it would appear in a Google search
  3. Search
  4. An address will populate so pay very close attention, because you want to make sure that this is your business address and not another company's, in case there another company has a similar name as yours.
  5. Click on the correct business name and your reviews will now be imported.

You can display "IO testimonials," "Google Reviews," or "Both"

  • IO Testimonials are the reviews from IO
  • Google Reviews are reviews left from Google
  • Both are both IO testimonials and Google

Filtering Reviews

You can also filter your reviews to display certain ratings. To do this, navigate to the right side of your screen and select "Filter by Rating" and choose how many stars & up you want to display, and select the "Apply Filter" button.

Widget

To add the widget to your website, make sure you're logged in to Elementor. On the left hand menu, search for "InflatableOffice Reviews Widget" and this is what you want to drag and drop to the section in which you want your reviews to display. This will show the reviews from either IO, Google or  both, whichever option you selected when setting it up.
