Autobooking and blackout filters/restrictions, more Tags and Organization features, better lead spam

- API: Packing lists / loadings endpoint added
- Autobooking: Ability to apply restriction filters. Add under Online Quoting
- Automations: Changing a filter linked to an automation will clear the automation approval, but only if the leads affected change by more than 50
- Automations: The ‘actions’ list now includes a Pending and Completed count.
- Automations: Will run in smaller batches of 100 at a time. This will allow changes to automations to be less delayed from the active running process
- Automations: Added Logs section.
- Blackout Dates: New option to specify if it should show as a conflict for higher statuses.

- Blacklisting an Address: Blacklisting a venue address if it already exists, and also adding a checkbox on the UI to manually blacklist a venue.
- Conflict on the IO Calendar: Show conflict signs (**) on the calendar event.
- Customer Pop-up on Lead: Updated the customer pop-up logic to add the cancel option if the user doesn’t want to update changes.
- Customers: A new “Customers Delete” permission has been added. Only users with Full Access to this permission can use the delete option on the customer list. Existing users with full access to Customers have been automatically granted this new permission
- Customers: Added support for storing and displaying a contact's Facebook Profile ID. The field is visible in the UI with an external link icon and is integrated into the API and merge utility.
- Dashboard: Permissions Update, Replaced "Overview" permissions with "Dashboard" naming. Added a new "Dashboard Sales Reps" permission to control access to Sales Rep data in preset charts. Depending on permission level, users will either see only their own data or be able to select from all accessible Sales Reps.
- Dashboard: Added SEO: Rank Map showing a keyword’s ranking overlaid on a map
- Dashboard: Fixed Date Range Option, users can now select a Fixed Range in the dashboard to view data for specific dates. Use the date picker to set the range, and click the close button to return to the default view.
- Delivery Methods: Add new option “Is default for checkout”.
- Email Center: Created email spooler "Admin - Offline Backup".
- Form Spam: Implemented AI to reduce spam coming from contact form.
- Filters: Added Logs section.
- Help Menu: Added Bug Report feature and a link to the Live Chat.
- Inventory: Added Tags to the Inventory pages and made them searchable via the sidebar search input.
- Leads: When the report is cleared, the corresponding filter is also removed.
- Leads: Address field now autocompletes with matching saved venues, showing their names for easier selection.
- Leads: Email variables now populate based on the specific contact selected (Primary, Billing, or Additional) when using the email icon next to their information.
- Leads: Added autocomplete to Email and Phone inputs
- Leads: A new button displaying the (⋯) icon has been added to the Leads list page and other pages with reporting functionality when viewed on a mobile device.
- Leads: Added tags to the Leads page and made them searchable with the common fields.
- Leads: Forpayment convenience fee, you can now edit the text.
- Marketing Tools: Create QR codes and shortlinks with utm parameters
- Organizations: Added ‘similar record’ section.
- Organizations: New fields added to organization records: Website, Facebook Page, Email, Phone, City, and State. All fields are shown in the UI with external links where applicable and are supported by the API, reports, and merge logic.
- Packing List Status: Show packing list status on the lead rental section.
- Payments: Added more robust duplicate payment attempt detection, particularly for Customers on Mobile devices & Processors such as Authorize.net
- Rental Filters on Leads: Display the rental's next rental date and last rental date on the event filter.
- Shared Items: Allow unlinking of shared items from receiver side
- Shared Items: Allow copy of accessories and maintain the relationships as copies.
- Shifts: Now displays related timeclock entries, including unscheduled shifts. Users can view and edit timeclocks, search by worker or organization name, and use the new "In Progress" preset filter to see who is currently clocked in.
- Shifts: Added two new shift presets: Worker Request Time Off and Worker Availability.
- Survey/Training: Added a new field called "Minimum Passing Percentage".
- Support Chat: Chat window and icon now draggable, and added feedback ability to AI Chat
- Template Variables: New template variables were added for contact_billing and contact_additional.
- Template Variables: Added new rental_ispackage variable
- Template Variables: subtotal_gross and subtotal_discounts variables added to show the subtotal before discounts and a total of line-item discounts.
- Weather Data on Lead Timeline: Show weather data on lead timeline 14 days before start of event and hourly data for 2 days.
- Workers: Added Tags to the Workers pages and made them searchable via the sidebar search input.
Bugs fixed:
- Block Save for Attachment Upload: Disabled the save button and show a progress bar on attachment upload.
- Dashboard: Fixed mobile display issues
- Delete Email Template Attachment: Added delete option in the email template attachment section.
- Display Order: For items marked to show accessories as separate units, the accessories will now display in the correct order on WP category pages.
- Display Order: Added dialog when copying to prevent accidentally deleting records.
- Email Center: Fixed issue email template won't save after test send.
- Fees: Fixed issue with multiple Minimum Total Fees
- Fees: Fixed issue with automatic Setup+Teardown fee calculation.
- Global/Payments: Fixed a long-standing bug that affected some older users which could cause Customers to mistakenly submit a Deposit payment multiple times
- Google Calendar: Fixed issue with duplicate events
- IO Phone: Added better input validation for Phone Bar searches that contained non-standard characters
- IO Phone: Fixed a bug preventing Automated Texts from sending to Workers in some rare cases
- IO Phone Toolbar: Now hides customers and vendors phone numbers from workers if those numbers are tied to locations they don’t have permission to access.
- IO Phone Call Logs: Now excludes call logs for customers associated with locations the worker doesn’t have access to.
- IO Phone Text Logs: Now excludes text logs for customers associated with locations the worker doesn’t have access to.
- Leads: Prevent certain cases where Lead Staff and Volunteer count would get explicitly set to zero when submitted via check-out
- Leads: Improved duplicate detection
- Leads/Recurring: Fixed a bug that caused unintended Shift duplication behavior on Recurring Leads with "Copy Shifts" enabled

- Website: Fixed a bug where the reviews widget would only show 5 total reviews when users had many more than 5
- Website: Added sanitization to the name fields of rentals/categories listed on the Featured Product Widget
- Worker App: Fixed issue with uploading images from photo library.
- Worker App: Fixed issue with inventory filter not displaying all events.
- Worker App: Speed improvements when loading packing list.
- Worker App/IO Phone: Fixed a bug preventing Text Messages from being sent from the Workers App, resulting in an unrelated "unsubscribed" error message
