  • IO Phone: Added ability to create new contact from text log page.
  • IO Phone: Inbound & Outbound calls can now be optionally recorded and transcribed for playback and download
  • IO Phone: One or more files can be attached to a Text Message (MMS) via Phone Bar

  • Quickbooks: New setting “QB Date”, which allows the user to select the date used on the invoice when it imports

  • Workers: Added the ability to view all worker log activities.
  • Worker App: Displayed events are now determined by “Calendar” lead status.

Bugs fixed:

  • Accessories: Fixed availability issue with required accessories.
  • Alert: Contract unavailable alert only sent a certain number of times.
  • Automations: Fixed an issue where fields set to empty string wouldn’t update correctly from an automation.
  • Automations: Fixed an issue that caused automations to sometimes not set custom fields.
  • Categories: Allowed sorting on category columns (Name, Count, Location)

  • Quickbooks: Fixed an issue where users without the works module couldn’t select a location for their integration.
  • QuickBooks Online: Upgraded integration to latest version, improving stability going forward
  • Quote/Contract: Fixed an issue that caused quotes to take a long time to book.
  • Quotes: Fixed an issue with automatically setting event start time to sunset.
  • Reports: Weight is now totaled at the end of the list, similar to other count columns.
  • Required Accessories: No longer automatically add missing required accessories to leads in the past, in conflict status, or lead lock active.
  • Surface: Fixed issue on surface delete by changing the API call to post instead of GET.
  • Survey: Fixed issue with wrong logo appearing.
  • Surveys: Added additional security check to loading survey questions.
  • Template Variables: Fixed contact onsite and contact billing variables, now include phone number.
  • Variables: Fixed an issue where the rental_locations variable had locations listed multiple times.
  • Variables: New variable for travel start and end times. (Time Only)
  • Website: Fixed an issue where the weekend/weekday pricing was showing when it shouldn’t
  • Website - Broken Images: Saving an image for an inventory rental now removes “narrow no-break spaces” before saving them. That specific character isn’t properly decoded by wordpress resulting in broken images on inventory pages
  • Website - Cart: The cart ui now properly increments/decrements dropdown accessories with the top-level parent item’s selected quantity
  • Website - Elementor Edits Breaking Product Pages: Added a fix to our plugin that prevents WordPress/Elementor from inserting p tags into product pages that could break javascript execution
  • Website - Filter Widget: When using a “Select” type optional field as filterable criteria in the widget, the default values for the optional field are now the only options reflected by the widget and rentals are now properly represented for all of their associated categories
  • Website - Gift Card Delivery Button: The plugin now hides the delivery button for gift cards
  • Website - Overnight End Time: Fixed a bug that caused the next day pickup time for overnight setting to not show up.
  • Website - Quote Confirm: Sms links are now excluded from having relative links appended to the front of them when included in the Quote Confirm page template
  • Website - Upsells: When method is set to “Selected Only,” part of the logic was removing the selected upsell rentals due to priority and no longer does so
  • Website - Vendor Prices: There was a bug where vendor up-charges were not showing on categories, but were showing on inventory pages.This is fixed
  • Workers: Added validation to multi location worker email addresses.
  • Worker App: Fixed login issue.
  • WorkerApp: Fixed issue with ‘show in packing list’ unchecked items still displaying.
  • WorkerApp: Fixed issue with assigning QR codes to items.
  • WorkerApp: Updated directions displayed on events.
  • WorkerApp: Fixed issue with selecting the incorrect position for an assigned shift.
  • Worker site: Fixed issue with missing maintenance page.

Events Allowed per Day - The number of reserved events per day before we prevent either booking or quotes per your account setting. Adjust on Settings > Online Quoting
