Notifications, IO Phone, CRM, Dashboard Updates and More

New Features:

• Notifications: You can now turn on notifications for common actions taken by your customers so that your sales staff will see their activity and be able to respond.
• Notifications: Only pull notifications from 2 weeks back.
• Notifications: Allow for multiple notifications to be dismissed at once.
• Notifications: New notification setting allowing for only “priority” links (Links with a parameter named priority set to “1” to notify the user.
• Notifications: Notifications can now be tied to browser notifications.
• Notifications: General improvements to notifications.
• IO Phone: Extensions can now be associated with multiple ring schedules, along with the option for their delays to be respected.
• IO Phone/Vendors: Vendor phone number will now display in the phone bar when searching for either a number or a name.
• IO Phone: Improved customer matching for caller ID such that active customers will be prioritized
• IO Phone: If a customer belongs to an organization, its name will precede their name on both the Call & Text logs
• IO Phone: The selected number in the phone bar will, in some cases where it makes sense, update when navigating to a lead or call/text log page even if it's already populated. Previously it would only populate if it was empty
• CRM: Multiple CRM log entries can now be edited at once.
• CRM: On the organizations page when loading templates for emails and texts we look for a lead with a contact that is in the same organization as the page we are on and matches the email or number, and use that lead id to fill template variables.
• Organizations: Set a sales rep per Organization now.  
• Dashboard: The Worker ToDo preset can now have a default time set instead of always loading the past year and excludes unapproved workers.
• Dashboard: Added new dashboard preset chart for email center stats.
• Inventory: Copy accessory list now available when editing an item.
• Calendar: Display full rental list on hover.
• Shifts: Worker Shift reminder texts for Warehouse work.
• Tips: Allowing tipping with autobooking disabled.
• Leads/Multi-Location: The default selected state or province will now automatically change based upon location on new leads .
• Leads: Inactive items will no longer carry over to copied leads. Same with items that would otherwise be over your rental limit.
• Leads/Venues: When an address is selected from the Venue section and it matches an existing Venue, its name will auto-populate into the Venue Name input, if enabled.
• Leads/Payments: Prevent admin-initiated payments over 2x the balance due to prevent user-error, consistent with customer-initiated payments
• WordPress: Added a Spanish website template (Brillante)

• IO Phone: Received calls were staying open after they were handled.
• Inventory: Rental descriptions are now truncated at a certain length in list view and show the full text on hover.
• Leads: Lead rental surfaces now filter by the lead location.
• SEO: a minor bug was preventing GMB posts from succeeding for a few days

• Mobile: The Report search input & nearby buttons will now show, if possible, when viewing the software in landscape mode
• Website Inventory: Restricted manufacturers items from being displayed as a rental on wp sites
• AI Chatbot: fixed an issue causing role reversal in the prompting which was diluting the effectiveness of the chatbot to respond properly
• Checkout: Fixed issue with selecting an ‘unlimited’ number of optional accessories.
