Distribute Fees Across Items, Improved Package Support on Websites, Lock Leads, and More

New Features:

• Fees: “Distribute to rentals” option available, to distribute fee among rental prices instead of a separate line item.
• Website Packages: Rentals with accessories on them now display a magnifying glass icon button that links the user to the rental page rather than hiding the add to cart button for a more intuitive UX
• Leads: A lock on the ability to change a lead within a configurable time frame.
• Leads: UTM parameters are available for searching from the sidebar, and visible in the CRM section.
• Templates: Added new variables for rentals that mimic current lead variables for attachments.
• Templates: %vendor_zip% available.
• Templates: New variables for additional, billing, and onsite contact phone numbers.
• Calendar: Lead filters can now be applied to the Calendar page
• Addresses: Implemented more robust international address searching capabilities across the site

• Alerts: Canceled lead alert will include event date, and optionally the sales rep name.
• Surfaces: New taxable option that overrides the default taxable option from ‘distance charges’.
• IO Phone: Attachments (MMS) can now be sent via the `text` API endpoint

• IO Phone: Added "Spam Calls" preset filter to Call Log, which just shows calls that you've marked as spam. Now, by default, the Call Log will not display these calls unless this filter is applied

• Email: “Save a copy of sent email” will time out sooner and present a helpful error when using the “Test Login” button in Email Preferences.

Bugs Fixed:

• Searchbar: The embedding-enhanced search bar results are now sorted so knowledge-base articles display first and all results are sorted from newest to oldest
• CRM: Fixed a possible issue where voicemails could have appeared in a user's CRM even if they weren’t included in the voicemail box the voicemail went to.
• CRM: Will no longer import from the “Drafts” folder when using Outlook email.
• Checkout: Fixed issue with default times per delivery overriding times when not set to override cart times
• IO Phone: Fixed a bug with the filtering of Ring Schedules and Voicemail Boxes, which could result in inbound calls not matching filters when they should
• IO Phone: Fixed a bug with saving outbound attachments sent via Text Message alert replies
• Filters: When updating the name of a multi-location location filters using Location Name columns will be checked to see if they contain the old location name and if they do it will be replaced with the updated name. Affects the location name columns for leads, rentals, and customers.
• Vendors: Improved the disabling of vendor items when a vendor is made inactive..
• Texts: Added marking all texts as read from a certain number when another is marked as read, from the list.
• Alerts: Previously we limited the information from alerts if their account status was Limited or Off, changed to only be limited if their status is Off.
• Leads: Fixed issue with deleted leads not appearing in “Deleted” preset.
• Leads: Fixed issue with distance charge not calculating properly with separate vehicles and accessories.
• Leads/Multi-Location: Fixed a bug with the creation of quick-add items not respecting the lead's location when saved
