New Features:
- Remove duplicate pages tool added to plugin: added a tool to plugin that allows users to remove duplicate io generated pages from plugin.
- Allow Elementor Forms to Set Lead Status: You can add a hidden field to elementor to allow lead created by that form to be a certain status now.
- Filter Tool Improvements: The filter tool allows you to allow filtering by size, as well as filter on optional fields on accessories of items.
- WordPress: Overhauled the reviews management interface in the plugin to allow importing google reviews and updated it so on-site it’s now an Elementor widget for easy placement, it should also automatically update the reviews page to use the new version
- Dashboards: You can now share dashboard charts with other workers within your company
- Email Center: Filters can now be made for the email center (limited columns). These filters can then be used on the Email Statistics dashboard.
- Positions: Add options to positions to separate mileage and contractor pay.
- Maintenance: Added ability to add images, cost, and condition.
- QuickBooks Online: You can now define custom tax rates to override those automatically calculated by Intuit in the case of discrepancies where those in QBO are incorrect
- Help Page: When searching from the “Settings” or “Help” menus in the taskbar the search text extends to the help page if you click “I Still Need Help” and then when clicking Ask the Community or Submit a Ticket that is then set as the title of the post
- Variables: Added new Date/Time format variables for travel start and end times, also added new variables for setup and teardown duration.
- Leads: Total rental weight displayed.
- Leads: Selectable invoice template per lead.
- Leads: Lead lock has expanded functionality, excluding certain lead statuses, and sections.
- Leads/AA Tax: You can now mark specific customers or organizations as AA Tax Exempt. When enabled, AA Tax fees will not be applied to those associated leads
- Vendors: Email alert is sent whenever a vendor item is no longer shared.
- Filters: Added new weekend columns that end on Monday.
- IO Phone: Added more flexibility to the way in which your IO Phone numbers are ordered from the phone bar (must reach out to support for adjustment)
- Inventory: The Set up time, Tear down time & Electric fields will now only display as decimals, if needed. The first two fields will also display their associated units (minutes) for clarity
- CRM: When reassigning an email on the Email Page it now changes the status to Open to prevent accidentally closing an email.
- Leads: Added a new Dynamic Staff Cost Calculation setting that allows for more accurate Staff Cost calculations based upon any manual staff value changes made on the lead
- Tooltips: Added mouseover tooltips to the plugin settings page in WordPress
- SEO: added a new type of Google Business Profile post to the automation for SEO plan customers
- CRM: Phone call duration is now shown on the CRM log for organizations and customers, similar to the lead CRM log.
- Filters: Added custom filters for emails in the Email Center.
- Filters: Added columns for onsite contact, onsite contact cell phone, additional contact, additional contact cell phone.
- Inventory: Add the option to hide accessories from customer faces pages and WordPress sites.
- Reports: Added total for Vendor Rental Cost column.

- Organizations: Option to use customer name when automatically creating an organization.

- WordPress (Featured Product Widget): Updated the featured product widget from using ‘max-width’ in pixels for layout to ‘number of columns’ and made the category and rental selection boxes resizable

- Multi-day setting confusion: will no longer allow multi day to be selected in plugin without first selecting it in the IO account under Online Quoting

- Organizations: Fixed issue where when searching in organizations and swapping between ToDo and no filter sometimes an error would occur.
- Workers: Fixed an issue with saving workers related to new notification settings.
- Notifications: Improvements to notification settings and browser notification information.
- API Keys: Fixed an issue where API keys with no blocked IP addresses were showing serialized data.
- CRM: Fixed an issue where no assignee would show up when trying to assign journals and tasks in the CRM as well as phone calls, texts, and emails on their respective pages.
- CRM: Improved query speed for Email (IMAP) entries. (Does limit emails pulled down from 1 year to 3 months, but the improvement seemed worth it.)
- CRM: Fixed an issue where email attachments were not present when viewing an email in the task from the leads CRM, also improved attachment UI.
- Help Page: Fixed an issue where the “I Still Need Help” link was inaccessible in some scenarios.
- Unsubscribe: Improved bot detection for erroneous unsubscribe requests.
- Vendors: Fixed availability for vendor items that are no longer shared.
- Automations: Quote update time only updated if a value was actually changed.
- Inventory: Fixed UI/UX issues related to inventory sharing.
- Inventory: Fixed logging issue when changing quantity type.
- Payments: Fixed issue with gift/credit card terms.
- Alerts: Fixed issue with inactive account alert.
- Template Variable: Fixed issue with delivery window end date.
- Leads: Fixed a bug that could cause leads that were saved as a copy to have data carried over from the original lead under certain circumstances
- PayPal/Customer Payments: Fixed a bug that made it possible to bypass surcharge fees from the Contract page in certain cases
- Leads: Fixed an issue where an auto-save could fire when opening a lead in which required accessories were missing and subsequently added
- Leads: Staff costs are now properly calculated when duplicate items are present on a lead
- Mobile App/Templates: Fixed a bug that was preventing some rental specific template variables from working in App Templates
- Reports: Fixed a calculation bug that was affected both the "Payment (taxable portion)" and "Payment (non-taxable portion)" columns when displayed in Reports
- Leads/Logging: Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause "Added Optional Field" from showing multiple times erroneously in the Lead Log when in the process of saving a new lead in a multi-location account
- Emails: Fixed an issue related to particular email encoding (Windows-1252) that could prevent viewing them from the Email tool in the navigation bar from the CRM section of the leads page
- Customer Payments: Fixed an issue preventing surcharge fees from properly being applied when using the "Allow Deposit Payments Only" setting and certain merchant processors
- Conflicts/Vendor Leads: Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause a conflict to unintentionally show for shared vendor items on the original lead that created the vendor lead
- Leads/Worker Emails: Fixed an issue where clicking to email a Worker from the Shifts section of a Lead would append their email address to the already present customer email address, instead of overwriting it
- Checkout/Shared Vendor Items: Fixed an issue that could prevent shared vendor items from showing on the quote form when checking out from a WordPress site
- Quickbooks: Fixed an issue where the date element would load “Invalid Date” on Safari.
- Leads/Pricing: Fixed a bug related to pricing of duplicate rentals with differing custom times
- Dashboards: Fixed a bug causing some preset charts to show incorrect data as well as the inability to save them
- Contracts: Fixed issue on mobile where using the sign now button at the bottom of the contract was making it impossible to open the signing section.
- Dashboards: Fixed a bug where the date range was not working correctly on the Email Stats table and fixed an issue where inactive emails weren’t being shown in the table.
- CRM: Variables should be replaced on email and text templates more frequently, if possible, also when loading from the Organization page use the organization sales rep.
- Invoice: Fixed issue with payments.
- TemplateVariables: Fixed issues with staff and volunteer variables.
- Leads: Fixed issue with custom times for duplicated items.
- PrintRoutes: Fixed issue with choosing the correct contract when printing.
- Leads: Fixed issue with item list not loading properly.
- WorkerApp: Fixed issue with all text messages not displaying.
- Availability: Fixed issue with rental recovery times.
- QRCodes: Fixed issue with generating QR code for accessory items.
- Leads: Fixed issue with lead lock not allowing to save a lead.

- Organizations: Fixed issue with email templates not filling in.
- Vendor Leads: Improved vendor lead handling such that one will not be created until the lead has been fully upgraded to at least Quote status. Previously, upgrading to Partial status (Saving as Draft) could create one before the lead was fully ready
- Emails/Short Links: Fixed an issue that could cause some emails to get erroneously flagged for spam in certain cases
- Coupon Codes: Fixed an issue with advanced pricing and coupon codes not applying.

I see the variable *setup duration* now says it will be rounded to the nearest hundredth, but that is not happening. I still see 6 places after the decimal.
Was this the only intended change for setup duration, or is there also a new variable?
