I know this one is still being worked on...

  • QuickBooks Online: Purchase Orders on a lead can now be marked to be sent to QuickBooks where a bill will be made for the items under the vendor of the purchase order.

...can we get some guidance on how to make sure this connects our vendors in IO to our existing vendors in QB? What fields will it use to make the match? I'd like to get my vendors in order before this tool creats a mess in QB.

Also, you guys aren't going to accidentally sync over a bunch of past POs are you? That would be a mess!

Once you turn on the syncing for POs, we start syncing new ones made after that date if set to automatically sync. You will be able soon to mark old ones manually to send those over. We search for a match on the vendor name you have entered in the software, and if we can't find a match, we make the vendor in QBO. All this is coming in detailed docs that will be linked to this announcement as well as searchable in our knowledge base. That should be done today or tomorrow.
