Add a Custom Email Address with Email Mailbox
Email Mailbox is a professional email hosting service that creates and manages an email address using your website domain, such as info@yourdomain.com. After signup, the email account is configured for you and login instructions are provided.
Prerequisites
- Your website must be launched and hosted by InflatableOffice.
- You must have access to Settings > Subscription in your InflatableOffice account.
- Your subscription must have a valid payment method for the monthly mailbox fee.
Add a Custom Email Address
- In InflatableOffice, click the Settings gear icon.
- Open Subscription.
- Scroll to the Email Mailbox section.
- Click Add for $5/mo per mailbox.
- Enter the email address you want created using your hosted website domain.
- Confirm the addition to your subscription.
After signup, the email address will be configured for you. You will receive a notification when setup is complete containing:
- Instructions for accessing your new email account
- Your email username
- A temporary password

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can't InflatableOffice set up my mailbox?
Email Mailbox is available only when your website has been launched and is hosted by InflatableOffice. Confirm your website hosting status before adding the mailbox.
When can I access the new email address?
The mailbox is not available immediately after signup. Wait for the setup notification containing your access instructions and temporary password.
How do I sign in?
Use your full custom email address as the username and the temporary password provided in your setup notification. You can access webmail by visiting your domain followed by /webmail/, such as yourdomain.com/webmail/.
Can I use Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail?
Yes. After the mailbox is active, you can configure it in another email application using the provided mail server settings.
Where can I review mailboxes already on my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription and scroll to the Email Mailbox section.
