Google (and Yahoo) have made new requirements recently to for sending emails to their customers. In short, you need to configure SPF, DKIM, one-click unsubscribe, and maintain a SPAM complaint rate below 0.3% of sent messages. Our software handles the unsubscribes for you, and to keep spam rates low, just ensure your newsletters are something people would want. See below for the SPF and DKIM needs.
If you are paying for email from us ($5/mo per mailbox) we will make sure this is all setup for you (signup for email under email mailbox on left). If not, or you want to test these items yourself, see below:
- Go to Settings
- Email Preferences
- Verify you have a custom SMTP email server setup
