To enable ACH, you will need to ensure that you applied for it originally. If you did not, our sales reps can help you apply for it. Once approved, we will toggle it on for you and enter the appropriate credentials.
ACH funding data is typically available within 72 hours; however, note that no funding data is available on Sunday or Monday because funding does not occur on Saturday or Sunday. Similarly, funding data is not available on the day following a US federal bank holiday.
Refunds via ACH are not an option. However, you can perform a reversal within 5 days via the CardPointe Fiserv dashboard.
