Alerts are designed to go to employees to notify them when certain actions are taken. Here you can turn and off these alerts. If the Alert is active, and no specific email address is specified, the alert will go to the Company Email address. There is a toggle to alert the Sales Rep instead (requires the Worker's Module). If any email address is listed in the "Email Address(es)" field, the alert will go to the specified email address instead of the company email address (as well as the sales rep if toggled).
