Packing List
Within the Workers App, you can move items through your packing list statuses when preparing the vehicle, loading the vehicle, delivering, reloading, unloading and verifying. These statuses are somewhat configurable via our software. To check-in the items, select the bubble or scan the QR code of the item. You can also change the quantity of the items that are being checked-in, skip the status for an item, remove it from the packing list, and make notes about it. All changes made, will save automatically and be pushed to any other worker that is currently working on the same packing list.
Below shows a screenshot of a packing list that is being completed:
In the software, access the packing list via each lead/event:

As you or the worker are checking off each item in the IO Workers App; the packing list will update in real time as seen below:

In this example, the first 3 were checked as prepared/loaded.
Packing List Statuses
Prepare – This step is where workers get everything ready. That means grabbing all the items needed for the job from where they are located within the warehouse.
Load – Now it’s time to pack up! Workers load all the items from the packing list onto the truck or trailer.
Deliver – This is just making sure that the correct items were dropped off to where they were supposed to go.
Reload – After the job, workers count up what needs to come back to the warehouse and load it back up into its intended location.
Unload – Back at the warehouse, workers take everything off the truck or trailer and count the items as they go.
Verify – Final check to make sure every item has been counted, returned, and is where it should be.
As your workers are actively updating the status of each item, whether they’re preparing, loading, delivering, or reloading, these changes are reflected instantly in the packing list. This means you can monitor progress in real time as it happens, with no need to wait for manual updates or verbal confirmations. Each time a worker marks an item under a new status, it automatically syncs and becomes visible to admins and other team members who are viewing the packing list. Whether you're at the warehouse, on-site, or managing remotely, you'll have an up-to-date insight on which items are ready, on the way, delivered, or on their way back. Below is what the packing list will look like via the Workers App:

Hidden Accessory Items
The Worker App mimics the behavior of the printed packing list. The app now evaluates the "Display on packing list" setting for every individual item and accessory independently:
- Hidden Packages: If a parent package is set to be hidden, it will remain hidden in the app to keep the interface clean.
- Visible Accessories: Any accessories within that hidden package that are individually set to "Display on packing list" will now correctly appear in the app's loading list.
To manage what your Workers see, simply ensure that your items and accessories have the "Display on packing list" option checked or unchecked in the Advanced Settings. The Worker App will respect these choices for every line item.
