Drivers can now see and follow delivery routes exactly as planned in Delivery Planner. The route screen lists each stop in order with scheduled times, including non‑event blocks, so crews can work the list from top to bottom.
Prerequisites
- Workers App access and latest version installed
- Routes planned and saved in Delivery Planner
- Assignments:
- My Routes shows routes where the worker is assigned
- All Routes requires permission to view others’ shifts
- Optional: Company inventory filters for workers (affects what items show on packing lists)
Set Up: Choose what appears on the dashboard
1) Open the Workers App.
2) Tap the sidebar menu -> Settings -> Dashboard.
3) Enable the sections you want:
- Defaults: My Routes (last), My Routes (current), My Routes (next), ToDo
- Optional: Events (Last, Current, Next)
4) Reorder the sections if desired. Save/close Settings.
Use the Feature
- Open a route
- From the dashboard, tap My Routes (current/next/last) or All Routes (if permitted).
- Select a vehicle/route to open the route screen.
- Follow stops in order
- The route screen lists stops in the planned order with scheduled times.
- Non‑event blocks (e.g., warehouse/address blocks) appear inline with the route.
- Tap a stop to open its event details, navigate, view packing list, and tools.
- Send “On the way” text (when near scheduled time)
- If enabled, a button appears at the top of a route or event when you are within the scheduled delivery window to notify the customer.
- Switch views as needed
- Use toggles on Events or Routes screens to switch between My vs. All (permission required) and Last, Current, Next groupings.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: I don’t see any routes
A: Enable a My Routes section in Settings -> Dashboard, confirm routes are planned and saved in Delivery Planner. Pull to refresh or restart the app.
Q: The order doesn’t match Delivery Planner
A: Save the updated order in Delivery Planner, then refresh the app to sync.
Q: I can’t see All Routes
A: You need permission to view others’ shifts (e.g., Worker_Site_Access_Others_Shifts).
Q: A route shows but the packing list is empty
A: Your inventory filter may exclude those items. The route still appears because you’re scheduled.
Q: Non‑event/warehouse blocks aren’t showing
A: Ensure those blocks were created and saved in Delivery Planner for that vehicle/route.
Q: The “On the way” text button isn’t there
A: It appears only around the scheduled delivery time for that stop.
