Sales CRM - Notifications

Notifications

In the Sales CRM module of the software, you now have the capability to set up notifications that help you stay informed about customer activities and take prompt action. Please note that the CRM module is required. These CRM notifications enable you to see when a customer is active in the booking process, allowing you to take advantage of any and all opportunity.

From here, you can text, call or email your lead directly. You can open emails and respond to your customers, or you can dismiss the notification.

You can also click on the links to access the email thread, the customer profile, and the organization details.

The software only retains these notifications for 2 weeks.
