Our original mobile app that enabled users to work with leads as an administrator has been deprecated for many years and unavailable to download from app stores. This was done when we launched our new back end version because the new version was made to accommodate mobile and so many changes were made that using the old app and the new back end could cause data issues.
Now, due to improvements necessary to our API, all API versions below version 6 are being shut down as of 4/30/2026. Originally the shut down date was 3/31/2026, but we extended it when we realized people using the original mobile app were unaware of the affect on the mobile app. As of 4/30/2026 that app will no longer work.
If you have suggestions for the mobile version of our back end, we would be happy to hear them. We believe that if you move to our web based back end on mobile that you will be pleased after getting comfortable.
