Our software supports webhooks for leads via filters, reports, and automations. We also support it in Zapier and this may be easier to setup and understand. Plus it may enable you to do things you never considered before.
To use webhooks, do the following:
- Setup a Filter that identifies the leads that should trigger a webhook action.
- Setup a Report that contains the information you want to send.
- Setup an Automation that uses the Filter from above.
- On the Automation, use the Send Data action and enter the webhook URL we are supposed to send data to.
- Also enter the Report on the Send Data action so we know what to send.
