If you’d like EventHawk to assist with managing your account, they will need special access. This guide walks you through the requirements and steps to get their login set up properly.
Step 1: Ensure You Meet the Access Requirements
Before you can approve and configure an EventHawk worker profile, your account must meet one of the following requirements:
- ✅ You have the Workers Module active
OR - ✅ You are set up as an EventHawk Managed Account
If neither applies to your account, you will need to request EventHawk managed status:
Don’t Have Access Yet?
- Fill out the request form here:
https://forms.gle/iTK126NVZaH3AJz87 - We will send an email to your Authorized Officer Email Address for confirmation.
- Once confirmed, your account branding will be updated to an EventHawk Managed Account, and you’ll be able to proceed.
Step 2: Add the EventHawk Worker
If your account already meets the access requirements, you can add EventHawk directly:
- Go to your Subscription Page
- Click the “Add EH Worker” button
This will create a worker profile for EventHawk within your account.
Step 3: Approve and Configure the EventHawk Worker Profile
Once the profile has been created, follow these steps to approve and set permissions:
- Visit the Worker Profile Page:
https://rental.software/account/#/workers - Find and select the worker labeled EventHawk
- Inside the profile, click the “Approved” toggle
(You may optionally save at this point.) - Review and configure the Permissions section
Setting Permissions
In the permissions panel, you’ll see options for each part of your account:
- None – No access
- Read Only – View access only
- Full Access – Can view and make changes
To simplify configuration:
- Use “Mark All to None” or “Mark All to Full Access” as a starting point
- Then, adjust individual permissions as needed for security and workflow
Save the Worker Profile to confirm your changes.

Important Note on Access Control
EventHawk’s access to your account is entirely up to you and controlled by you alone.
At any point, if you no longer wish for them to have access, it is your responsibility to:
- Unapprove their worker profile
OR - Adjust their permissions to restrict what they can access
Maintaining appropriate access levels is solely at your discretion.
