If you use Global Payments or Fiserv as your merchant credit card processing through IO, you can recharge a customer’s credit card. The credit card number is not saved, but both processors save a “token” so that a card can be recharged or credited as well.
On the lead page, go to the Payments Section. Here under payments you will see a spot to “Charge Existing Card” with the card information saved.
Simply fill in the amount you would like to recharge. For a refund, make it a negative amount (Example: -100.00).
You can also recharge saved cards associated with additional customers, instead of just the primary customers card.
