Step 1: Notification of Account Status
Upon logging into your account, you will see a notification indicating that your account has been turned off.
Step 2: Resolve Payment Issue
To address this issue, click the Resolve Payment Issue button. This will direct you to the billing section of the subscription page.
Step 3: Select Payment Option
Make a payment to bring your account up to date, The dollar amount to reactivate the account will appear in red text. Note that this payment will cover fixed charges only and does not include variable charges such as IO Phone Charges, SEO plans, or added API transactions.
You will have three options to resolve the payment issue: (options are listed below and corresponded to the numbers shown in the screenshot)
- Edit Card Information: Update your card details, such as the expiration date or billing address, if necessary.
- Delete the Existing Payment Option, then enter new card information
- Add New Card Information: To add a new card, click the trash can icon next to your existing card information to remove it and then add the new card details.
- Retry Charging Existing Card: If you believe the card on file can still be charged, click the Charge Existing Card button to attempt the transaction manually.
Step 4: Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is processed successfully, your account will be reopened. If there was a website associated with your account hosted on our servers and it was taken down, we will reactivate it shortly. For status updates or expedited reactivation, contact us at Support@inflatableoffice.com with your username and website address.
Payment and Subscription Terms
What is our payment policy?
Per our End User License Agreement (EULA): "If your subscription payment is not received, service will continue for a 10 day grace period. At the end of the grace period, if you still have not paid, your account will drop to a Limited account where only 10 rental items are available for use. After a month or more of not paying, your account will not be accessible until you pay the amount owed for the month or more missed."
Can I make a partial payment?
Per our EULA: "Your account will not be accessible until you pay the amount owed for the month or more missed." Therefore, partial payments will not reopen an account for usage.
