Both allow you to run additional websites, but they work very differently behind the scenes. The key difference is whether the new site should operate under the same location settings or function as a separate location.
Option 1: Separate WordPress Integrated Site
Use this option if:
- You want multiple websites that all operate as the same business location.
- You want a simple way to show different inventory or branding across websites.
- You are okay with all booking settings remaining the same across those sites.
- All you want is a different web address and a new unique website for your account
Pros:
- Flexibility: Create multiple separate websites without needing to start a new location.
- Selective Display: Choose which items appear on each WordPress site to tailor inventory for different audiences.
- Cost-Effective: Hosting additional sites is only $10/month for each site after the first.
- Custom Cart Settings: Each WordPress site can have its own cart settings.
Important limitation:
All bookings created through WordPress sites will still use the same underlying booking settings within the software, including:
- Delivery Fees
- Deposit Requirements
- Item pricing (unless additional advanced setup steps are taken)
- Contact Email Address customers receive correspondence from
- Payment Processing (same merchant service and company name appearing on charges)
- General settings such as Delivery Methods, Setup Surfaces, etc.

- Distinct Settings: Each location can have its own fees, contact email, merchant service provider, and operational settings.
- Brand Differentiation: Ideal when locations operate with different branding, pricing structures, or processes.
Cons:
- Larger Investment: Multi-Location costs $50/month (IO Pricing) or $100/month through EventOffice pricing, plus $10/month hosting for additional sites after the first.
- Dual Management: You will manage two locations within the same account. While accessible through one login, this functions similarly to managing two separate accounts with separate data sets and settings.
