Locations - Managing Locations


Add a Location

  1. Go to your subscription page

  2. Navigate to the "Multi-Location" Section

  3. Click on the "+1 Location" button

  4. It will confirm the pricing for adding a location to your account

  5. Following activating the new location we will reach out with an email to collect all of the information necessary

  6. If you do not want to wait for the email or wish to send us the information immediately please send the following information to us via email

    For your new location:

    What is the name of the location?:

    Address?:

    Do you want settings copied from your current location?:

    And is the inventory being shared between the locations, is it all being copied to make a second version of it, or do you want to enter it manually?:

    Do you want the quotes and contacts copied from your original location?


Remove a Location

  1. Go to your subscription page

  2. Navigate to the "Multi-Location" Section 

  3. Click the "deactivate location" link

  4. The page will ask you a series of questions to remove the location


Currently, if you need to do any of the following, you'll need to contact us:

  • Copy a location's data

  • Merge two location's data

From Settings -> Warehouses/Addresses, you'll be able to see your list of locations. Note: both mailing addresses and "account locations" are listed here.
