If you're looking to make changes to the Workers App, the App Templates settings is just the right place for you! To get started, head over to your Settings and select App Templates. Everything is organized there to help you find what you need quickly and easily, so you can start making changes right away. Here, you'll find Primary Inventory Template, Second Inventory Template, Primary Organization Template and Secondary Organization Template. You'll also notice there will be orders 1 and 2. This is the order of pages that determines what will be displayed first. You can add as many templates as you'd like, just be sure to add them in the correct order. If two templates share the same order number, one won’t show up in the Workers App. To locate the added information, all you have to do is swipe left on the Workers App.
Inventory Template
By default, the Workers App will display the rental items and the quantity for the Primary Inventory Template and the rental description for the Secondary Inventory Template. To locate this information, simply long press the QR code creator and search for the inventory item you want to locate.
Organization Template
By default, within a lead, the Workers App will display the rental items and the venue address in the Primary Organization Template and any venue notes in the Secondary Organization Template. To locate this information, you must be in a lead on the Workers App.
Template Variables
To add to your templates, head over to Settings -> Template Variables. Here, you’ll find an extensive list of available variables that you can include in each template. Take your time browsing through the options, and make sure to select the ones that best fit your needs. Each variable brings its own unique function, so choosing the right one can make all the difference. To locate something quickly, use your keyboard shortcuts: "CTRL + F" (for Windows) and "Command + F" (for Mac).
