New Features:

AI Agent: Added ability to create filters, reports, and edit checkout pages
Automations: Added retry logic for webhooks/send data actions.
Customers: Enabled sending emails to multiple selected customers from the Customers page.
Dashboard: When a date range exceeds two years, data points are now aggregated and then averaged by month, improving data visibility.
Dashboard: Report totals are now calculated and shown at the top of the widget table, removing the need to scroll to the end of the report.
Dashboard: Emojis can now be used when naming your dashboard charts
Dashboard: Added two new presets for IO Phone calls and texts.
Delivery Planner: Pickup events are now based upon the Lead Delivery Method's "Pick-up at Warehouse" setting
Document Center: Added option to set a default Page Group. When creating or updating a Lead, the Quote Page will automatically use the default Page Group assigned to the selected location.
Email: Added Send Later option to schedule emails for future delivery.
Filters: Added two new filter fields for leads. ”Weather: Min Temp (F)” and “Weather: Max Temp (F)”

Training System: Add and view training material for your staff and the community. It can be organized by category, audience, and included in training guides.
Shifts: Ability to approve/decline time off requests.
Support: Added unsubscribe for Customer Satisfaction emails
Settings: Customers, organizations, calendar, delivery planner, payroll, and tasks are now findable via settings search.
Variables: Adwords Google Click ID variable; now available as a reports column.
Variables: New Vehicle Number variable available as %vehiclenum%
Venue: Created new Venue Merge Utility featuring a search functionality and pick merging within the venues page.
Workers: Permission search now includes descriptions in searches.
Waivers: Added optional Email and Phone fields to waivers. If the client is under 18, a Parent/Guardian signature is now required.
Warehouses/Addr: Added new address type checkbox “CAN-SPAM Default” that replaces address in email variable “unsubscribe_address”.
Website: Added support for rental videos on rental pages and display of their thumbnails on category pages

Bugs fixed:

Add-ons: Fixed scrollbar issue that caused items to render off-page.
Add-ons: Fixed permission color display in the IO dropdown menu.
Add-ons: Added on-screen message for users subscribed to an Add-on.
Add-ons: Added new filters Approved and Archived to the Add-ons list.
Add-ons: Archived Add-ons are now hidden by default and can be viewed using the Archived filter.
Add-ons: The "Add-Ons" section in Settings has been renamed to "Software Add-Ons" and now appears in the correct alphabetical position. Add-on creators will also notice that new add-ons now default to a 30% fee percentage
Add-ons: Creators can now restrict which companies can view and subscribe to their add-on.
API: Fixed issue with creating leads with items over subscription limit.
Automations: Added logic for automated email to check leadcontact_autoemail config before sending an email.
Categories: Removed broken drag-and-drop reorder from categories list; categories now sort alphabetically. Added "Sort Alphabetically" button to the Display Order page categories column.
Dashboard: Added sorting for the widgets when viewing it on a handheld device. Widgets should show up sorted by rows and columns, starting from the top-left corner.
Dashboard: Excluded the “__SHIFT_ID__” column from being viewed on a dashboard widget.
Dashboard: Week-based date filters (This Week, Last Week, Next Week) now respect the Start of Week preference set in General Preferences.
Delivery Planner: Improved the way we classify Pickup events to prevent false positive results
Delivery Planner: Fixed an issue causing Setup/Tear Down blocks to display improperly with respect to Delivery/Return windows in some cases
Delivery Planner: Fixed a bug causing timeclock records to be erased in some cases
Delivery Planner: Fixed a bug causing Setup / Tear Down override times from getting set on leads that hadn't yet been scheduled
Document Center: Fix duplicate records appearing after bulk-deleting pages or templates.
Document Center: Fixed an issue where signed signable documents could display as "default" instead of the correct template name when accessed via uid-only links.
Emails: Workers can now choose between company and worker email when composing emails on non-multi-location accounts.
Filters: Fixed some filter fields having blank dropdowns.

Gift Cards: Fixed several issues related to gift cards accidentally getting zeroed out on leads
Insurance Report: Fix rental quantities and prices being multiplied when inventory items have multiple category assignments.

IO Phone: Fixed a bug causing erroneous Missed Call alerts to be sent when using the Forward Number setting
IO Phone: Fixed a rare phone number parsing bug, causing Calls or Texts to some recipients to fail when initiated from the Phone Bar
Leads: Fixed inactive sales rep showing blank on lead they were assigned to when active.
Leads: Fix rental category filter incorrectly excluding leads when combined with aggregate conditions.
Leads/Templates: Staff & Volunteer variables now display consistently in templates, respecting both rental settings & lead overrides
Leads/Tracking: Improved the way tracking IDs are handled upon save-as-copy & prevented cases where an admins tracking IDs could transfer to their own leads
Merchants: Simplified Fiserv configuration by showing only the active Fiserv merchant after credentials are entered and removing the “interchange plus” and “flat rate” labels.
Optional Fields: Fixed a bug preventing date type optional fields from being properly formatted in Reports
Payments: Fixed an issue where an additional ACH (eCheck) panel could display on the Contract Page from an old, disabled processor
Payments/Global: Improved the way in which network issues are handled with regard to initial missed payment recording
Quotes/Checkout: Fixed rare cases where a customer could create a quote, then inadvertently clear some or all of its data when attempting to edit it
Reports & Filters: Added Page Groups to reports and as filterable value.
Sidebar Panel: Fixed an issue where the panel's background color didn’t render on older browsers.
Subscription: Fixed issue with EventOffice worker prorate amount.
WordPress: Added a backup restore tool to the WordPress settings advanced options.
Worker App: Fixed issue with deleting QR code.
Workers: Fixed issue with copying worker permissions.
