Total Issues Closed: 101
New Features:
- Automations: Allow Surcharge option for "Charge Card" to automatically apply surcharge fees, if necessary
- Calendar:Added settings in General Preferences allowing users to customize colors for delivery, pickup, and multi-day events.
- Calendar: Added separate event counters: green for new events starting that day and red for multi-day events continuing into that next day.
- Delivery Methods: Added new “Pick-up at Warehouse” setting. When set to “Yes” tax calculation depends on the address of the warehouse rather than the address of the delivery.
- Delivery Planner: Various features & stability improvements
- Display Order: Allow users to customize which fields auto-expand in the leads page (if applicable) with UI overhaul.
- Email Center: Hide/exclude templates generated by the email spooler from Email Center and delete templates once cron task gets processed.

- General Preferences: Added a new setting that adds a threshold to the warning that occurs when your date or time on a new Lead is in the past and you try to save or an AutoSave occurs. You can also now disable that warning completely.
- Knowledge Base: Added a new entity UI for FAQ/KB. Will be used as context for your AI agents in the future (currently found only by searching settings).
- Leads: Added direct Quote, Contract, Invoice & Packing List links to the Events History section
- Leads/Event History: Events History list now displays all events from the organization instead of just from that particular contact.
- Merchants: Added full Fiserv payment integration. You can now enable Fiserv as your credit-card merchant (only one merchant can be active at a time). Updated Lead and payment pages to support Fiserv using the same flow as CardConnect.
- Packing Lists: Show all loaded quantities for each status.
- Print Routes: Allow selecting vehicle before loading date range.
- Shared Items: Item availability now checks vendor blackout dates.
- Surveys: Added Export to Excel functionality alongside existing CSV export button.
- Shifts: Removed the ‘Delete’ button from the Shifts page since shifts cannot be deleted.
- Warehouse Addresses: No longer allow PO box for company or warehouse address.
- Worker App: Ability to capture signatures and card present payments with Fiserv.
- Worker Profile: Allow users to enter more than 2 characters in the State form field.
Bugs fixed:
- API: Added POST requests support to the ‘authenticate’ endpoint with logic to reject GET requests by Apr. 1, 2026. APIs 1 through 5 will also be deprecated by the same deadline.
