If you are changing devices, you will need to re-download two things on your new laptop: QB Web Connector and IO QB App. There are buttons for this in your IO QB settings:

- QB Web Connector download/setup instructions: You will need to login to Quickbooks to finish setting up the link, but make sure you are logged into the QB account that you want to be connected to IO.
