When a driver, worker, or multiple workers, receives a tip from your customer, it is up to you to come up with a process to total and split or distribute tips. You can do this by creating a report to see the amounts for the workers.
When a customer tips after an event, it’s only possible for the driver/worker to receive the tip if you are using the workers module and the workers have setup Venmo, Cash App and/or PayPal in their worker account. You can set up an email to go out to the customer with a tipping link for it to go directly to the specified driver or worker using their preferred tipping method.
If tips go to your company, it will be up to you if you want to run a report and split or distribute tips to the driver or worker.
