How to get a price quote quickly
There are a lot of fields on the screen when editing a lead. Not all of them are required in order to get a price and check availability. If a customer calls in and you want to be able to quickly give them a price quote, you can simply click New Lead, add the date and time of the event you're quoting. On the left hand side, you will see your categories of the inventory you have. You have the ability to select the category of the item being quoted (example: if you have a category for water rides, bounce houses, or concessions, please select this category in which the item requested is listed under), or you can use the search tool to locate the inventory item much quicker. If any of your inventory being quoted is unavailable, the availability will show 0 and the text will be red, as shown below. If you try adding this to the lead, it will populate a flag, indicating that the item(s) selected are booked by another lead. For more information on flags, please see this article.
