Partners - White Label Request

How to Request a White Label Partnership

A White Label partnership allows organizations to offer IO software under their own brand, providing a custom-branded subdomain and template site. This guide outlines the application process and what to expect during onboarding.

Preparation

Before applying, please prepare the following branding assets to ensure your custom portal reflects your brand identity:

  • Brand Name: The name of your service.
  • Brand Code: A unique 2-5 letter identifier for your brand.
  • Subdomain: Your preferred address (e.g., yourbrand.rental.software).
  • Brand Colors: Three hex codes for your primary, secondary, and accent colors.
  • Logo: A high-resolution PNG file (at least 256x256).
  • Favicon: A small icon (ICO or PNG format, 32x32 minimum).

Submitting Your Request

  1. Log in to your existing account or create a new IO account for your White Label.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select Partners.
  3. Select Add Partner to open the configuration page.
  4. Select White Label from the Type drop-down menu.
  5. Enter your brand details and branding assets in the fields provided.
  6. Click Save & Close to submit your request for approval.

Review and Setup

Once you have submitted your request, our team will review your application. During this phase:

  1. Your request will show as "Pending" in the Partners dashboard.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing the partnership contract for your signature.
  3. Once the contract is finalized, we will complete the technical setup of your subdomain and pricing configurations.
  4. You will be invited to a kickoff call to discuss your template account setup, support expectations, and launch readiness.

Configuring Your Master Template

Your account will include a new template account using the Configuration Settings, with the Brand Code as a unique identifier (formatted as template_new_[Brand Code]).

This master template account is the centralized source for configurations and workflows, which are automatically replicated to all new customer accounts registered under your unique subdomain. Any configurations you modify here (e.g., Inventory, Email Center, Automations) will be inherited by all new customer accounts who register under your unique subdomain. Please ensure these settings are finalized before promoting your site.

Promotion and Commission

Once your White Label site is live, you can share your unique subdomain with prospective customers. When new customers sign up under your unique subdomain, you are eligible for commission based on your contract details.

Onboarding New Customer Accounts

All new customer accounts (users) created under a White Label partnership should go through standard IO Onboarding. New users can sign up for Onboarding through the Onboarding Calendly Link.
