How to Request and Manage an Affiliate Partnership
An Affiliate partnership allows a registered IO user to promote IO software and earn commission on new user signups. This guide outlines the application process, use of the Partners page, and how to receive commission.
Requesting a Partnership
- Log in to your IO account.
- Navigate to Settings and select Partners.
- Select Add Partner to open the configuration page.
- Select Affiliate from the Type drop-down menu.
- Enter your Username and desired Promo Code and submit for approval.
Review and Setup
Once you have submitted your request, our team will review your application. During this phase:
- Your request will show as "Pending" in the Partners dashboard.
- Upon approval, you will
- Receive an email containing the partnership contract for your signature.
- Receive a unique referral link.
Partners Page and Promotion
Once approved, you can access your unique referral link within the Partners page. Share this link with prospective customers; when they sign up using your link, their account is associated with your affiliate code for commission tracking.
You can also track the status of your referrals and your commissions directly within the Partners page.
Commission and Payouts
Commission is based on your contract details. To ensure seamless commission payments, please complete and upload a W-9 and Direct Deposit form (Vendor ACH Authorization form) on the Partners Page.
