Insurance - How It Works

Really Easy Insurance (REI) is an independent insurance agency specializing in inflatable, event, and party rental businesses. You can apply through your InflatableOffice account, using information already in the software to reduce the amount of data you need to enter.

REI works on your behalf to find insurance options that fit your business. The team reviews your application, approaches appropriate insurance markets, and helps you compare the available coverage and pricing.

How It Works

  1. Complete one application. Go to Settings -> Insurance -> Add Insurance. Review the information pulled from your account and complete the remaining questions.
  2. REI reviews your business. The team checks your application and contacts you if additional information is needed.
  3. Compare available options. REI works with insurance carriers and broker partners to obtain quotes suited to your operations.
  4. Choose your coverage. REI explains the options and helps you complete the requirements to put your policy in place.

Important: Submitting an application does not start coverage. REI will confirm when coverage has been bound and the effective date.

Why Apply Through InflatableOffice?

The application uses information from your account, including inventory, revenue, and business details. This reduces duplicate entry and makes it easier to provide the information insurance companies need.

Review all prefilled information before submitting. Your account history may need to be updated to reflect your current equipment, actual procedures, or projected revenue.
