If you need to change your account's admin username to a new username, please follow the appropriate procedure. First, submit the Authorized Officer Form. found in Settings -> Account Preferences, located at the top of the page. Once we have received and thoroughly reviewed your documents, our dedicated staff will schedule the necessary updates and complete the change for you. It is important to note that this request can only be made by the Authorized Officer of the account.
