Change the Main Admin Username

Use this guide to request a change to your account’s main admin username. For security, only the account’s Authorized Officer can make this request and verification is required.


Prerequisites

  • You must be the current Authorized Officer (AO) for the account.
  • Access to the Authorized Officer Change Form (found in Settings -> Account Preferences).
  • If you cannot access the account, use the password reset guide or go to Forgot Password.
  • If you are not the AO, contact the current AO to submit the request. Otherwise, additional verification (ID and company documents) may be required.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Authorized Officer Change Form
    Go to Settings -> Account Preferences and click the Authorized Officer form at the top, or open it directly: Authorized Officer Change Form.
  2. Complete the form
    Do not alter pre-populated account-identifying fields. Enter any requested AO details accurately.
  3. Print and sign
    Print the completed form. All company owners should sign. The current AO should be one of the signers or send the email from the AO email address to avoid additional verification.
  4. Email the signed form and your username change request
    Scan or photograph the signed form and email it from the AO email address to Support@InflatableOffice.com. In your email, include:
    • Current main admin username
    • Desired new username
    • Your full name and AO email address
    • Any timing considerations (if applicable)
  5. Wait for verification and scheduling
    Our team will review your documents, confirm availability of the new username, and schedule the change. You’ll receive a confirmation email when complete.
  6. Log in with your new username
    After the change, sign in using the new main admin username. You may be logged out of active sessions when the update occurs.

  • Username availability: The new username must be available. Our team will confirm during processing.
  • Scope of change: This process updates the main admin username only. Other account settings are not changed by this request.

  • I can’t access the form. Go directly to this link. If you still can’t access the account, use the password reset guide or Forgot Password.
  • I am not the Authorized Officer. Ask the current AO to submit the request. If someone else must submit, we will perform additional verification and may request photo ID and company documents.
  • How long does it take? Timing depends on verification and scheduling. We’ll email you updates and confirmation when complete.
  • I didn’t receive the confirmation email. Check your spam/junk folder and email filters. Make sure the AO email address is correct in Account Preferences.
