Using the hold feature is pretty simple. Currently the only way you can use it is via your phone keypad. Simply press the STAR (*) key on your keypad twice within 3 seconds while on a call. (We require you press it twice within 3 seconds because some calls were accidentally being put on hold). This will put the call on hold. You will also hear voice prompts at this time that give you additional options while on hold. At this time, the only option we offer is to initiate a transfer via your keypad. To leave the hold menu, you can always press the STAR (*) key on your keypad again.
