item not showing at check out
Hello, still trying to get my site set up. When i go to GNS Event Rentals N Chesterfld VA - Party Rental and Bounce House Rental , select Loft Rental, when i add it to the cart and go to the next page is says 0 in cart. What am i missing?
Also i am trying to set up a filter to have the price automatically calculated for Mon-Thur pricing as opposed to Fri-Sun pricing.
And when i click the "Home bottom to get back home, it takes me to my other page, Virginia Beach - Party Rental and Bounce House Rental instead of my Creative Studio page.
I have been trying to remove the "You might also be interested in these" section because it takes me to another site and cart when clicked.
And is there a way to link a fee automatically to a certain item when the customer selects it. For example, if they Select Loft rental then a cleaning fee is added, or if we ask them a question on the quote page and they select it an automatic fee comes up. Like "will alcoholic be present" and they click yes, then a security fee is added.
If you have videos on these already, i dont mind teaching myself, i looked but didnt see anything.

I will need to have our web team take a look into why it is showing 0 in the cart when selecting the loft rental.
Looking at the link to your loft rentals on the Creative Studio demo site, it is linking to your Virginia Beach GNS site. This may be why the home button is linking to that page rather than Creative Studio.
When looking at your Loft rentals, they are all assigned to the Virginia Beach website. If you are wanting them to display on the Creative Studio demo page separately, you will want to go into each item under Settings-->Inventory and add the "GNS Creative Studios" quote request page and category.
Here is an article on how to set up weekday conditional pricing. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Yes a fee can be created if an item is selected a fee will be applied. Please take a look at this article for promotions & fees. For your example, you would need to create a filter under Settings-->Filters. The filter field name would be "Rentals name" contains and the value would be "Loft". Then save the filter.
Next you would create the fee under Settings-->Promotions&Fees-->Add Promotion. You would name the fee what you would like it to display as to the customer. The type would be "fee". Add your recently created fitler to the "Match" field and then enter your fee amount if it is a percentage or a flat amount. Then save and close.
You can also create a fee with an optional field for the question "will alcohol be present". The optional field can be created under Settings-->Optional Fields. You would create a checkbox field with your question. Save. Open the optional field back up and check the box to add to "WP Checkout". Next you would create a filter under settings-->Filters. The field name would be your optional field -> is checked. You would then create the fee under Settings-->Promotions &fees. Add your newly created filter and set your fee amount. It looks like your weekend pricing is currently showing as $0.00. You might need to go back in and re-add the price.
