We have a preset chart in the dashboard for Contracts/Deposits Paid/Balance Due, this chart will show you events that are in a status reserving equipment. The color of the info displayed will match the color of the status that it's in.
Here is what we display on the chart:
Organization: Organization or customer name if no organization
Date: Is the date of the event
Sent: Is the date the contract was sent or the customer autobooked
Rcvd.: Is the date the contract was signed
$ Dep: This is the deposit paid amount.
$ Bal: Is the balance due and owed
