Using the Ask AI Button and Prompt Suggestions
The Ask AI button gives you a faster way to start AI Chat from supported pages in the software. It opens the chat and shows suggested prompts based on the page you are currently viewing, so you can start with a useful request instead of a blank text box.
How to Use the Ask AI Button
- Open a supported page. (Email Center or Reports)
Go to a page in the software that has AI support. - Click Ask AI.
Select the Ask AI button on that page. - Review the suggested prompts.
The AI chat opens and shows 3 suggested prompts related to the page you are on. - Select a suggestion.
Click or tap the suggestion you want to use. - Edit the prompt if needed.
The suggestion fills the chat text box. You can change the wording before sending it. - Send your message.
Submit the prompt to ask the AI your question or request a task. - Review the response or result.
Check the AI reply, then confirm any created or updated item is correct.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: I do not see the Ask AI button.
A: The button only appears on supported pages. Email Center & Reports are the only supported pages with the "Ask AI" button. If needed, confirm that AI tools are enabled for your account.
Q: I clicked a suggestion, but nothing was sent yet.
A: Selecting a suggestion fills the chat box only. Review or edit the text, then send it manually.
Q: The suggestions do not match what I want.
A: Pick the closest suggestion and edit it before sending. You can also type your own request in the chat box.
Q: Why are the suggestions different on another page?
A: The prompts are based on the page where you clicked Ask AI. Different pages show different suggestions.
Q: The AI answered my question, but it did not create or update anything.
A: Your account may not have the required AI tool permission enabled for that task. Check Settings > AI Tools and turn on the needed options.
Q: Why is the AI asking follow-up questions?
A: Some tasks need more detail before the AI can give the right instructions or complete the action.
Q: Should I review the AI result before using it?
A: Yes. Review any generated message, filter, report, or template change before using it live.
