Worker Tasks in App
I'm trying to add recurring worker tasks for each event we send our crew onsite. We want to be able to remind them to do a couple of tasks per event and I was wondering how the best way to do this. Is there a section in the Workers App or Worker Site that allows workers to look at their upcoming or past tasks?
An ideal situation would be to send them a push notification in the app for every event they are on. Is there any way to add the following like the loading check list so they can check these items off as they do them?:
- Call their client 2 days before the event to confirm event details
- Clock in on the day of event
- Text the client they are on their way
- Remind crew to take pictures of set up
- Send a thank you message to the client
- Fill out the post show report
I'm still fairly new on the workers part so I'm trying to find the best way to do this. Unfortunately, our crew does need these reminders almost every time they go out. We haven't started implementing IO yet so I wanted to get these features nailed down before we train the crew on the new system. Any and all help would be appreciated!
I think it will be best to set up an appointment w/ a support rep to go over this. I believe most of this an be created with a CRM Task Automation but we will need to go over specifics with you. There's also thank you and manager report emails that can be sent from the Email Center.
