Hi

I stopped getting calls from the customers

System shows incoming calls but I am not getting any on my phone

I have a developer looking into this and will advise when we have a fix.

Per developer:

So the only active Ring Schedule right now is the Vacation Schedule. The associated schedule is M-F 8am-8pm. So it is expected behavior for calls on Saturday & Sunday to go directly to VM.

I see calls initiating that Ring Schedule and dialing the user up until 07/07/2023 6:56:43 pm, and it started up again today at 07/10/2023 11:26:13 am.

The ticket was submitted on 07/08 at 3pm ET, so calls should now be coming in as expected between 8am-8pm PT.

If want the Vacation Schedule to also dial them on the weekends, they’ll need to add Sat/Sun to the schedule.
