Is there a way for a customer to book non consecutive days but have one contract and payment ?

example: Book the same unit every friday for the month of may.. without sending different quotes and contracts for each of those Friday's ?

You could setup a recurring lead, HERE is an article that reviews recurring leads further. However they would still be separate individual leads for the customer. You can use organizations to bill via an account statement for multiple events also, HERE is an article that reviews organizations and account statements further.

Not really there's work around but it wasn't designed to work that way.

You in one lead for one date, open the contract template by going to the documents tab and then edit the contract. Change everywhere it has dates manually. Then have them sign and pay. When they do, you need to either duplicate the lead and put it in confirmed status for each date (best for routing), or put those items in maintenance for the other dates and attach the lead I'd to the maintenance log.

We have them sign for each bc weather can always lead to a cancellation and we don't want to have to deal with one contract for that. It's easier on a per event basis. But the workaround works.
