What does SEND mean on the Dashboard report FLAGGED LEADS where the reason is SEND?
This means that it is flagged for a contract, and that you would need to send the contract manually.
Contract - This could indicate that auto-booking is turned off or there is a setting prohibiting auto-booking from going through (most oftentimes found in the Online Quoting settings or your customer isn't meeting the distance criteria). If a contract flag appears, you would have to manually send the contract to the customer. Keep in mind, to send the contract out, the lead must be in Contracted status. That is the strange thing. The contracts have already been sent and the customer has already signed the contract.

Once sent you would need to remove the flag from the lead to update
