I adjusted your SPF record. This should help with sending emails through IO.

My emails are not going through and I am not getting a bounce notice.

Here is the list of email accounts that I have tried to send to today.:

You will need to contact your email host for general email deliverability issues. I don't recognize the mx records your domain is using, but you should have your email host verify the DNS is correct for their service.

Is the DNS the same as our website https://throneranger.com which I believe I/O hosts or is it the DNS where the emails are hosted?

I had a question when I was looking at the advanced settings. I noticed that the WordPress user was io. Is there any issue with changing that?

Yes, you can change it as long the username you change it to exists on your WordPress site. That info needs to match the login username and password of a WordPress user on your website.
