Sales declined 100% since I switched

My sales declined 100% now since I switched to your software. Only bookings I get are my repeated customers which I manually add or people I send to my website from facebook. I literally have 0 traffic and bookings through my website now.

Inflatable office submitted the website for me. I asked if there's anything else I need to do SEO etc. Was told NO. I specifically asked about SEO and was told not to worry about it because it doesn't really matter. Was told nobody really knows what Google go by.

I'm trying to figure out where we went from there is nothing you need to do to you need to do of this this above. For 6 weeks my website wasn't even submitted to Google .. still isn't by the way, none of my page are being indexed, my sitemaps were not submitted etc. NOTHING WAS DONE after I specifically asked if there is anything I need to do after you submitted my website. Not just that, I was told not to worry about SEO which was my number one concern. So I'm losing all my revenue for 6 weeks, website still not indexed sitemaps are not working nobody can find me because you literally deleted my website of Google and now your resolution is to send me all these articles what I NEED TO DO?

Your website IS being indexed by google and sitemaps were created and submitted automatically.
However, we aren't responsible for your website marketing nor SEO. We do offer a paid SEO package, however you did not purchase that so we haven't spent time on your site for this other than what is done automatically.
When I search for your website or for 'bounce house rental near Clayton, nc' I do see your site show up.
Again you can do SEO/marketing work yourself, or hire a company like eventhawk or marketing ninja to do your marketing for you. We only provide the tools for software and website management but don't do marketing work for our clients other than our paid SEO package.
I do want your business to succeed and it seems like you aren't happy with us. You are welcome to switch to a competitor of ours such as ERS or BCN and you might have a better experience.

Did you read the part about 209 pages not being indexed due to error and sitemap under sitemap post put in by you not working? It leads to page not found.
