Multiple Bookings, One Contract?

I have a customer who wants to book inflatables for three separate dates (May, June, and July) and asked if I can put it all under one contract and one invoice.

I remember seeing someone ask this same question before, but I can’t find the thread now.

Appreciate any insight — trying to keep it easy for the customer while still covering everything on my end. 🙏

There wouldn't be a way to only send one contract (unless you possibly put in the event notes the dates of all events and send the 1st contract w/ this info) but you can create an organization for this customer and send out one statement for them to pay on:
