ok. I think there's confusion somewhere, probably on my part. I have info@jumpingjacksevents.com set up for IMAP. No worker accounts are. As I understand it, any email sent TO that email will show up under the ToDo preset. HOWEVER, I have emails sent FROM info@jumpingjacksevents.com (because of an automation so I can customize my own alerts and notifications) TO info@jumpingjacksevents.com that are NOT showing on that list. See images below. First one is of my email account with an unread alert from alerts@inflatableoffice.com AND a New lead aleart from info@jumpingjacksevents.com

I had forgot, it seems we do not import emails from alerts@inflatableoffice.com. As for the alert from info@jumpingjacksevents.com since it came from IO that email is already logged as an email sent from IO (Email (IO), vs Email (IMAP)) so it reads it as a dupe as doesn't import it and Email (IO) emails do not show in the To Do preset. Sorry for the confusion, hope this helps

Any email from the email you have set up in your IMAP should be present in the To Do preset if they are unassigned or assigned to you.
