Newsletter missing from email center after sending complete?

I just sent my first newsletter. The whole thing has certainly been a learning experience, but I was very much looking forward to seeing the stats now that it's been a few days.

I returned to the email center to look for them and my newsletter is gone? Do they automatically delete after being sent or something?

I looked for a way to filter for "deleted" emails or something, but that didn't come up.

They don't delete and usually most recently saves is at the top. You may look for an inactive preset.

Yes, I did look under inactive, as well as "newsletter", but nothing brings it up. I haven't accessed the Email Center since sending it, so I'm not sure how it could be gone/deleted.

I'm assuming there's no way to recover a deleted newsletter? I'm suspicious of it even having finished sending now...I asked readers a question but didn't get any responses (other than just a handful of undeliverable alerts).

We have a developer taking a look at this to see if there is a way to recover the missing newsletter.

Developer is asking what the name of the email was?

I don't recall the exact name, but it included the word Gellyball

Per our developer:

Was it Cosmic Gellyball Annoucement. This email was deleted on the 4th by uname: talon256. One did get out before it got deleted though under lead id: 51854377 If it is we do not have any backups of that email unfortunately.

Actually, that one was deleted intentionally.

I found the "sent messages" for the one that did go out to the full list. The subject line was "Blast Off with Exciting New GellyBall Parties!"

Thanks for your help!

While I found the sent messages so I know it went out, I realized I don't have the statistics I'd like to have for it that are normally at the bottom of the page. Do you have those, even if you don't have a backup of the actual message?

I will ask the developer.

Per Developer:

The one I mentioned that went out for lead 51854377 was the only one I saw that went out. What other messages are they looking? Was Cosmic Gellyball Annoucement the right email?

No, and it shouldn't be associated with a lead, since it's a newsletter. I see a few hundred of them in my sent messages folder. The subject line was "Blast Off with Exciting New GellyBall Parties!" but I'm not sure whether or not the "name" for the email was the one you're seeing.

Per Developer:

I see the email was named Cosmic GB Announcement, but was edited to be this new insurance email. https://rental.software/account/#/settings/emailcenter/email_custom,795849

I just recreated it as a news letter but not active incase there is anything they want to change

https://rental.software/account/#/settings/emailcenter/email_custom,801095

I got the content from the oldest revision of the insurance email.
