Multiple Territories outbound call question

When I do outbound calls with IO Phone it automatically chooses which number it’s calling from.

Is there a way to manually do it? Or how does it choose which number to use?

It will choose based on the customer's lead. If you dial from the app you can choose.

When the customer isn't in your system IO Phone picks the first location. There isn't a way to control what number it picks unless you were to log into a worker account that has access only to that one location. Let us know if you have any other questions.
