IO Phone Says we are closed

Hi ya'll the IO phone is finally working perfectly except when i tested it , it says we are closed but it still gets forwarded to my cell. Not sure why ?

This is because in Settings -> IO Phone if you click the settings button on this page you'll see the greeting which currently states that you are closed. I would have this be a greeting message for when you're available and create a voicemail message for when you are closed. Let me know if you have any questions!
