emergency : IO Phone won't hangup

I was on a call with a customer, our phones had a bad connection. I hung up and went to call her again using the IO Phone. It says we are still on the phone. Everytime I hit hangup it activates again.
HELP ASAP I cant make any calls and i don't want to be billed for the time the phone thinks is running. My call is off.
Looking at our logs, it looks like you were still connected with (347) 574-3129. We fixed it for you, however on our end we still see that the call is active. Let us know if you have any more issues.
